Jumped on the deal yesterday. Ordered for pick up in store. Got two boxes of equipment: a router and a receiver. Wasted evening and a couple of hours today with no luck at all! No signal at all! This equipment requires I must have no obstacle view to their 5G Towers. So I have, and two towers that is not more than 1-2 miles away are blocked with 3 stories condo buildings around. My neighbors has their service, but they have 2in1 receiver/router device that works ok like a normal cell phone. No need to point receiver/antenna to find 5 g tower. Damn. Had to cancel service, was hoping to get more speed and all those perks (xbox, gift cards). Had to stay with Xfinity. Darn.

Did in store pickup for the 5G home this morning, redeemed the Xbox X for in store pickup while still in the store. Amazon card is grayed out still though.

I signed up internet only as new customer as I wanted to replace tmobile.

As a signup offer I was given 4 benefits

1. XBOX S on us

2. Amazon Echo or Amazon 200$gift card ( my choice gift card)

3. Verizon 100$ gift card

4. Verizon 50$ gift card ( zip code specific offer)

It was written in all 4 above benefits to redeem within 60 days of activation. I activated and got mail for redeeming 1& 2 - Xbox I could redeem and even picked up in store. But when trying to redeem Amazon I reach a page to select option of echo or gift card but on screen select button is not activated/ grayed out. PLEASE HELP HOW do I redeem, I tried chrome,edge,Firefox on laptop and even android app but nothing works.

Also how do I redeem 3& 4 Verizon gift cards as no mail or anything.

Can someone help with direct Verizon customer care telephone number. As chat ppl transfer me from one to another.

So the promotion indicates they can upgrade to an xbox x if the s is out of stock.

I wasn't able to get the promotion for the first of my 3 home wireless boxes a few months back. The site and app would error out. Surprisingly the 2nd box I got gave me the $200 home depot card in August.

I placed my order for the 3rd unit yesterday and got the error message again. I figured it was time to talk to someone.

After back and forth and getting transferred to everyone at verizon, I got a rep to escalate the past promo I wasn't able to get and got it upgraded to the X series.

For the 3rd wireless box, Per the promo terms, in 60 days I will be able to get the remainder of the promo: an xbox series S plus the $100 verizon gift card. The amazon $200 gc arrived this morning though.

Overall 10/10 for customer service, an upgraded xbox and in the future another xbox and $100 verizon gift card plus the $200 amazon card.

Yes 45 days active service required but terms says claim in 60 days....so u can claim now as per text

Oh finally. So I had Verizon 5g home at my last house, it was fantastic. Fast, solid, zero issues. Best home inet I've ever had; much better than the crappy Comcast/ATT dance I had to do for years. Got a bunch of free stuff like this for signing up. Been at a new house for a couple years now and it hasn't been available until I just saw this post and checked again. Finally available! Just signed up, hopefully its still as solid in this area as last time.

I believe you'll get the gift cards via email once the installation is completed.

I also got the same offer as you through the agent. And the order review, included $50 Verizon gift card on top of the $100 Verizon gift card. Also, the offer had 6 months of Disney+. But, the final order confirmation email didn't include the $50 Verizon gift card and the Disney+ offer.

I'm hoping they show up after the installation. Keeping fingers crossed.

It was self installation which I already did it...and got mails for amazon card and Xbox...also Amazon card not getting ahaesd after selection screen
