Do you have an ad blocker? I used Safari on a Mac and had Wipr installed (don't know if this is what caused the issue, just trying to see what might be in common). I had to call up customer service, get transferred, and guy said something about a message saying "invalid input" and that it needed to be canceled. I asked him to cancel for me, hopped onto chrome where I disabled the ad blocker on it, tried again and no issues.

Well, Verizon allowed to apply for service. Chat support double-checked, however neighbor address worked for me to get equipment and enroll in the service, but I was unable to find any signal within setup, so it was not possible to continue and finish setup to see what quality of 5G network it would be. I asked for different device, but they provide only latest equipment that need to have very good access to 5G tower.

I didnot pick 5G home. I pick Fios 1gig. I think it is different.

If one activates home internet today how long does it take to get the Xbox and agc?

It just showed up on the page when I went to redeem the XBox S offer. In the small print it says Verizon reserves the right to upgrade you to the X if they can't provide the S. I guess S inventory ran out during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal.

This current deal is even better than Black Friday version and I already picked up our Xbox X yesterday at the Verizon store.

went to pick up the xbox series x and i asked the rep if he thinks i could exchange for the PS5 instead. he said technically yes because they cost the same, but they don't have PS5s in stock. oh well.
