I was scheduled for installation this afternoon. I used online chat to cancel my order and put in a new one for the current promotion, apparently that time slot got taken during the cancellation period. Took a long time with support to get it done but it guarantees the Series X.

My upgraded to X got shipped today. Received the UPS tracking number. I had to have a rep do it manually because the tiles never showed up.

Just activated my service today, my reward page shows Xbox S.
Did you guys see the upgraded Xbox X after clicking on "Claim Offer" or on the reward page itself?

For me I was satisfied with the S so I claimed the offer, but the next page only had the X as $0.00. So I took the free upgrade. It was delivered today and is being sold immediately.

For me it showed up right after I picked up the equipment. It was funny in the store when I picked up they told me it could take " 45 days". Xbox ships today and I already got the amazon GC. What I haven't seen yet is the $100 verizon gift card. I don't know if its automatically applied to the account or if you have to do something or what. Can I use it to just pay down my normal monthly cell bills?

The Xbox offer shows up on my "Home Offers" but when I go ahead and claim it, I go through the checkout process which prompts me for payment.

Should there be a credit to zero out the Xbox SKUs? Anyone else run into issues checking out for the Xbox offer?

The rep I spoke to said that unless it shows up on my dashboard, I have to wait 45 days for them to escalate. She marked it on her end to follow-up with me at the 45 day mark in case she has to do it manually. I'm just happy at the moment to be getting the X on Tuesday.

Agreed. One rep made a case for me too and yesterday I received a text "your gift card promotion has been approved". No clue what promo this was for. Just wait and watch I guess.

My process is a mess. Cancelled and ordered a new one. Showed router in transit for days so spoke to agent and was suggested to pick it up. Picked up a new one , and next day shipped one showed up. Account is active but still doesn't show it to be active online. Can't access offers and it's been 5 days . Not much help from the rep
