Would this hold a drill, set of bits, a few pairs of pliers, tape measure, etc? Even after seeing the pictures I can't tell how big those pockets actually are

Yes and no. It will probably physically fit but the top of the pocket will pull away from the battery weight at the top and the drill will lean out. Usually a dedicated drill holster is a much better option. I've had good results with an impact and a drill with this. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Cordless...1003095690
It is compatible and will fit on standard tool belts. You can bend the hook as needed for fine adjustment.

I have one of these and I find it more comfortable - the padding keeps it from biting into my mid-section, and I can distribute weight better. Of course you have to then buy the pouches themselves to add to the belt, but I find it a better solution despite having to piece it together. It doesn't hurt that Klein Tools make it either - I know it's going to hold up.

You can also usually just hook the drill to the other side of your belt unless you're doing something acrobatic.

Kinda. I just got mine delivered yesterday. Put my impact and case of bits, couple screwdrivers, pliers, multimeter and odds and ends for spa repair/pool automation. I refuse to carry my big caddy full of tools when I really need a few LoL This will be nice come Monday

Edit: The topmost pocket holds a 25ft tape nicely

I put my drill/driver in the big pocket and pretty much the rest of what you're asking into mine (which came yesterday) lol. Has a tape measure pocket and clip bracket. Nice tool belt for the money, look through the Amazon review pics.

If you have a hook mounted to your drill just hook it on the opposite side of your belt. Evens out the weight and is not swinging around hitting stuff.
