I'm trying to buy it straight from Best Buy because of their 24 months interest free payment option but they are not price matching because they don't accept coupon discount. I tell you these guys find lame excuses to deny price match

Not much, just an incremental improvement in processor and more storage. This is a great deal for a nice watch, if you are into the Apple watch thing. I love mine but don't need another.

Brighter screen by 50% at peak, processor 30% faster/efficient, SIRI onboard for most actions, so much faster, better GPS with more radios, that's about it. Wish the OCEAN bands were similar discount, only $19 off, but with AMEX I might just bite. APPLE will still give $425 on rev 1
