My rule is now to never purchase refurb from WOOT.
It is very good and I like how different portion of the hose can be taken apart and cleaned. I once had a pencil sucked in and start cumulating dust and blocked flow (It will get hot and shuts off).
Removed the blockage and works again.
Only complain is roller will roll lots of hair.
