This is a great deal. I just got one for $1421 and thought it was the best I could get. I've never seen the set go down to $1400 let alone cheaper.

If somebody wants to critique eBay or BuyDig that's fine, but those that critique that it "should" be lower but it's not due to inflation miss the point that current prices are what they are (good, bad, or ugly) so then a price like this is a great deal.

Got this the week before Thanksgiving direct on LG.com, direct price was $1600. At the time I waited for a certain $ back site to hit 15% to bring it down to net $1360 before tax. Stacked with a Chase Freedom offer for 10% back up to $75 and got it down to $1295 before tax. Feeling pretty good about the price and haven't seen it beat during black friday yet.

Came with the option for free wall mounting installation as well, but the thing was so light I managed to do it myself. Great TV!
