FYI - These are "certified refurbished," which per ebay means they come directly from the manufacturer (meaning refurbished by the manufacturer?) with a 2 year warranty. Not sure how accurate this is considering they are sold by Secondiptiy, but from previous posts I saw, people have been happy with their secondipity purchases of this exact item. There's also a 30 day return policy.

That said, I bit with the Chase 5% back from paypal.

FYI - These are "certified refurbished," which per ebay means they come directly from the manufacturer (meaning refurbished by the manufacturer?) with a 2 year warranty. Not sure how accurate this is considering they are sold by Secondiptiy, but from previous posts I saw, people have been happy with their secondipity purchases of this exact item. There's also a 30 day return policy.

That said, I bit with the Chase 5% back from paypal.

Didn't "need" but saw a pair of these from Amazon Warehouse around BF when one of those "20% off AW" deals was happening, netted just under $200 with tax. Took a chance because of easy returns. My head is a bit large but can wear for an hour or two until there is a little pain that I can alleviate by shifting position. Sound is pretty good and the ANC is great, makes city living a little more peaceful. SONY software is kludgy and invasive but it works.

What sold me is learning the battery replacement can be done DIY for cheap, so hoping these last many years. Wearing them a lot.

I cannot find the SD post yet, but I'm almost positive these were refurb for $179.99 on eBay not too long ago. I have the XM4, and I don't think they are worth the upgrade, but never tried them in-store.

I purchased this deal last time and returned mine immediately. ANC ambient feature was broken and ear pads were dirty brown on the white one. Bought new one for $258 including tax and I am very happy with these cans. Amazing sound compared to my old Bose QC35, Sony XB910N and Skullcandy Crushers ANC 2.
