When I look on incognito i see it listed at $4.99, so I guess select accounts. Will update with YMMV on title.

I think the correct price is $4.99 as I see this right before check out (I already own this though). Its also part of the 12 days thing from Amazon so guessing it shouldnt be limited but who knows, amazon seems rando sometimes on who gets coupons and discounts...
