Add the buy one get one free tool from the product page. Select the Max battery bundle and add both that and the drill to cart. The price will adjust for both in the cart. Select two different stores for pickup. Pick up the drill only and cancel the batteries unless you need them.

Edit: nm. Had to add the 6ah and 4ah batteries to get $81.31

You can just get both for shipping and return the other on your next trip to HD I guess
Yes I did the same. My Gen5x burned out right when I found this post so I went to my 3 local HDs and had no luck. I ended up doing the bogo hack. My other drill is pending repair/replacement under LSA.
