I can confirm this worked, I used Cyberghost VPN on PC set to Egypt and had no problem redeeming.

Just downloaded the express vpn and used the free trial. I was able to redeem it from my iPhone. Not able to install at the moment but the redeem worked.

Can confirm this works with instructions provided. I used VPN Egypt and worked perfectly. Just finished diablo iv yesterday and was wondering if I could justify spending another $60 on bg3. Made my day OP! used PayPal, as Google pay failed the first time.
