Expiry does not mean that it wont work. They may not be full 100% effective but almost all medicines work well even after decades past expiry. Such experiments have ben done by the army for scenarios such as nuclear attacks or natural calamities.

Useless. It has Iron. Men don't need extra iron. Look elsewhere
I'm guessing that you don't donate blood on a regular basis

decades past expiry? you sure? send me the article link? As a pharmacist I disagree with you. Yes some of them can work for a year or so. Not for a decade.

sorry friend I dont buy your logic even after reading an article with impact factor 1.1. This whole article doesn't have any study data with numbers and details. I personally took expired med sometime, mostly regular OTC pain kiilers and fever med and found them less effective.

Is that literally the only difference
Men aren't supposed to take iron & I've recently seen warnings against men taking copper.

Back up to $22, glad I jumped on this deal earlier , expiration date or not. On days I don't eat as much fruits and veggies, this will be an option to take. Also could use vitamin d boost in winter season. Much prefer vitamin in pill form over the gummies
