OK so to date there are no confirmed shipments beyond "Label Created"

Check your tracking number on UPS.com and sign up for updates. If it actually moves, they will email you.

Please post in Wiki if you actually get tracking movement.

It's not unheard of for items that started outside US tracking systems (AKA not UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS) to be shipped and moving but have no tracking info. If these bikes started on a foreign or local delivery system en-route to UPS, then there may yet be hope.

There is also the possibility for the Mukkpet/HeyBike authorized shops to NOT fulfill these orders and wait it out until WE cancel.

It is a more well known brand.
The bike is slightly lighter. So easier to carry
It's like $46 cheaper
Thinner tires (and ligheter weight) should make it easier to pedal without charge
Thinner tires may improve storage at home or in vehicles for travel

Ok. So a representative promised me on 12/20 that I will get a price difference refund if I reordered one via same product link. (I told him that original seller was Amazon, and I would like to order from the official mukkpet store). I finally received my new order from official mukkpet store yesterday but Amazon could not refund me the price difference as they promised on 12/20. after talking to about 10 representative, a supervisor finally agree to honor me a Amazon gift card of $557.28 as promised refund. He said they can't refund it to the credit card since it's a different seller.

I did finally get my refund on my reorder. They did not let me know they were doing it, it just suddenly showed up on my credit card statement. My last contact was that they were going to have management continue our contact over email, so my assumption is that based on the evidence I provided, the manager just pushed the refund through without contacting me. Bottom line is that you should always save chat logs, screen shots, and ask very specific questions with customer service to make sure the details of the deal are clear. Looking forward to enjoying my $275 ebike, spent a few hours on with chat to make it happen, but Id say the price was worth it.

For anyone still following the thread mukkpet started a new product listing on Amazon for the same bike to avoid the bad reviews. I say keep giving them honest reviews until we get the refunds.
