1) Can I sign up again for reloadable RedCard even though I have singed up for it one year ago? (I closed the account a while ago.)
2) Since $50 statement credit on reloadable RedCard instead of $50 off coupon this time, can I buy things that are excluded from the $50 off coupon (for credit/debit RedCard offer) to receive $50 statement credit for reloadable RedCard? (I am interested in buying Lego sets.)
