This couch is terrible, have had it for a couple years and it fills me with rage every single day. All I want for Christmas is a new couch. It's falling apart, the back cushions are too soft and don't come up high enough so they end up ripping away from the back when you sit down. God forbid you accidently sit down not squarely in the center of one of the seats - you'll slam down into the frame at the edges and see your life flash before your eyes. It's impossible to clean well unless you plan on scotch guarding the whole thing. For the love of all that is good save yourself the money and rage and skip this deal.
I'm actually really surprised about the negative comments. I'm 32, single, male, with a 1500sf condo.

I have the couch set up in a u shape. When friends are over there's plenty of space. When friends visit from out of town they sleep on it rather than the guest room. I personally fall asleep on it multiple times a week 🤷🏻 ♂️

It's the most comfortable couch I know of and would buy it again and again. The tufting doesn't have additional buttons on it so there's nothing poking you and I don't even notice it.

I bought it in October 2020 and it has no damage at all to it. I put the chaise in the center probably once every other month and I take apart the entire thing probably every four months to sweep and vacuum underneath it. Everything still comes apart and goes back together as good as new.

I also live on a third floor walk up so in room delivery was a necessity.

It seems like I may have just gotten lucky, but I'm a huge fan.
Just returned a couch to Costco. They scheduled pickup- super easy. No timeframe either- if it doesn't hold up after a year or two or whatever, they'll take it back no problem. Good peace of mind.

If you buy in store you have to return it to the store yourself but if you buy it online they take care of it.

This model (Soft Boucle [costco.com]) is online only with the deal price of $1399 with delivery and setup included.
The other one (Fabric [costco.com]) is available online for $1699 with delivery and setup included; and in stores for $1399.

If I had to return it, do they also take it apart?

Costco hired a third-party company to come pick it up. That company asked me to put it in the garage or out front for easy loading.

I had an older version of this one. Can't remember what I paid but it's pretty cool. I like it a lot.
In hindsight, it does make my 1400 sqft house feel a bit smaller. I ended up moving 2 of the sectionals over to my den as an office sofa.

On a different Thomasville Sectional: the fabric color faded and the cushion foam sagged in the middle. Didn't hold up as well as I expected.

I think its just the material difference (boucle being on the softer side) and have seen reviews that the fabric one lasts longer than the boucle. Also boucle is not preferred if you have pets.
