Thanks for the reminder, my wife's sportsline account was about to expire. I signed up with my email that I used previously and it worked, March 2025 after threatening to cancel. I did have to login to paramount using paramountplus.com/sportsline for paramount plus to work.

If you use the online cancel button and accept the 3 month free extension you will need to call to cancel before it renews in 18 months. If you don't accept the 3 month extension you can cancel online without the phone call.

I signed up last week for this deal. From what I gather, I can just cancel Sportline now so I don't have to remember next year to cancel and I'll get Paramount Plus (plus this Sportsline stuff) for the entire year, even if I cancel today? Thanks.

What NFL games can you actually watch with Sportline?

Ya. I did it earlier today.

Just go to sportsline and select become a member from the avatar. Then register. Next screen will allow you to enter the coupon.
But is there any indication (or recent experiences) that confirm specifically that you will get Premium for the full year? For many like myself, we have no interest in Sportsline, and are simply here looking for the best deal on the P+ premium package.

I still have another 6 months of paramount+ via sportsline. Do you think this offer will pop up again within next 6 months or I should just grab this now ?

No. If you cancel sportsline your account is terminated instantly and so is your access to Paramount Plus.

Ask me how I know. .

This is my third year doing this deal. All I can say is that it's worked every other year.

I've only ever logged into Sportsline long enough to get Paramount Plus up and running then I come back to it this time next year to cancel. You can click the cancel button now and get an offer to extend for three more months. However, don't actually cancel Sportsline. Doing so will terminate your account and P+ access immediately.

So I was an existing PP+ customer and tried this. Every time I go to "paramountplus.com/SportsLine" it just takes me to my account page. Tried it logged out of PP, and when I entered my info, it asked me to log in to PP - which I did - and then the same issue happened.

thoughts??

Edit: DUH missed the part where it says "New Accounts Only". Doy!
Just update your email that is affiliated with Sportsline with a different one in account settings and then create a new Paramount+ email with that same address. (note:I tried using the + hack for Gmail originally, but that wasn't enough. You'll need a different email altogether.)

I completely missed the part about new accounts only and after a few attempts came up with that workaround. No reason why it wouldn't work for you.

Also paramount+ was cookied, I used an incognito tab to get around it.

I went through the process described in the first post and everything went fine, no issues.

However, I wanted to clarify, since I signed up for 12 months, if I were to cancel my Sportsline subscription, I understand no refund and my subscription would remain active but simply not renew in 12 months. No issues there.

But the first post seems to suggest that if I go through with the Sportsline cancellation process, that will immediately end my Paramount+ subscription even though my Sportsline subscription is paid through for 12 months?

Is that right? I have to leave the Sportline account active and set to auto renew in order to maintain access to Paramount+?

I just got an email from Sportsline saying that it's only a free one month trial for P+, so uh I guess we'll all find out if that's the case come next month.

No, do not cancel it.. has to stay active and I think it will close your account if you cancel now.
