At 3.6V, this is equiv to 27.6mah. I don't know if this apples to apples, I could be entirely wrong, but it's the same as the refurb Anker on eBay a few days ago. Why choose this?

You're off by a bit, it's 27.6Ah at 3.6V equivalent (maybe just a typo). But the only advantage I see is LiFePo4 chemistry lasts 5-10x longer than Li-ion, although the tradeoff is it's about 50% heavier. It's also significantly safer with much less fire risk.

I kinda like it. It states it's the max capacity safe to take on an airplane. And looking at the manual, it does provide continuous charging even under 2W if you enable it. I was looking for a mini UPS, this might do it.

It's 110 max on PD (128W max on all ports) so it does have its limits.

This looks great for me.
I have a larger batter but it has those 3 prong outlets and a 12v car lighter style port, all of which I never use and just make the thing bigger.
And my smaller batteries take ages to charge from the solar panel.

I own this and it's been great. A little larger but more flexibility (other than being able to fly with it)

There are some applications where this unit makes sense:
  1. One needs to charge from a solar panel without a USB charge controller.
  2. One needs a LiFEPO4 based power bank they can completely cycle on a daily basis and need it to last 5+ years.
  3. One needs to be able to take it on a plane.
For most other applications a standard Li-ion power bank can support PD 3.1 140W, be much smaller, a third lighter, and cost the same. The only downside is that one would be able to cycle it 300-500 times instead of 2,000 times. If one uses the power bank a few days a year it'd likely last them 3+ years. At which point they'd probably want something newer anyway.

Thanks for posting the pdf. More manufacturers need to be transparent and specific about their PPS support. Looks like this has PPS support up to 21V: 5-21V⎓5A, 100W Max

First of all, it is huge. It also takes 8 hours to charge. Even with a USB-C 100watt charger, it only takes 20 watts in. WTF? I own this as well.
