I bought this for my 6yo via another SD post back at the start of summer. I think i paid 150. for a small kid this thing is awesome!! We ride almost every day around the neighborhood and walking paths (paved and gravel) ... we get about 8-10m of range. He loves it. I would say he'll be ready for something 'better' by this time next year, but this is great for teaching the fundamentals (and responsibility) of a dirt bike!

I bought this for my 2 year old a few years back when there was an Amazon warehouse deal. Had to buy training wheels as well as aftermarket throttle (since the stock throttle is on/off ONLY, it's not progressive/variable). It also lacks front suspension, which made any real offroading headache inducing
We moved up to mx650 when he was 4, which DOES come with variable throttle from factory, and front+rear suspension.
