Xbox already has a large gaming catalog with AAA titles, 4K streaming with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, ability to run developer mode officially and sideload applications (may limit other functions, but ability is there).
512GB NVME storage, tons of fast RAM, 4 player gaming + online, fast CPU and GPU, not sure why we would want a 8 year old media player (which was gaming centric with its lackluster ports years ago) over this.
