People like you are what makes customer service work so miserable. They simply made an attempt to help or upsell you. It has nothing to do with being woke. You could have told them that you plan to produce midget porn, custom microwaves, marijuana smoking Dell's, or just about anything else. The question wasn't about you being the "right kind of customer" but simply doing their job by attempting to make sure you were getting what you needed or at worst, to attempt to upsell you.

Sounds like your purchasing pattern is triggering an automated fraud prevention and they just want to know what account manager to connect you with (they have different teams focused on individuals vs business and companies of different sizes).

If you are annoyed by their marketing tactics or sales team structure, use another company, but this is a business operations thing and not a woke issue.

Correct the name and the specs.
This is not the pro, it's only Lenovo Legion 5.
You've got resolution wrong as well.

It is. This was this same price at MC around a month ago; you can check the detailed (and correct specs) over there: https://slickdeals.net/f/17083270-microcenter-in-store-lenovo-legion-5-15-6-wqhd-165hz-ryzen-7-7735hs-rtx-4060-16gb-ddr5-1tb-ssd-799-99

Never bought a real gaming laptop. Is this a decent deal? Because one thing I'm loving here is keyboard layout, with the dedicated page up/down and home/end buttons.

Seems like a good deal. Maybe not worth $250 more than the Dell g15 gaming laptop deal after Black Friday but solid if anyone missed that.

Is the RAM listed incorrectly in this Costco listing? It says this one is ddr4, but if it's like the previous listing it should be ddr5 right? Or am I missing something?

RAM is DDR5-4800. Whoever wrote up this listing must have been their Friday.

Probably copied and edited the page for last year's model. At least they got the Lenovo model number right.
