People like you are what makes customer service work so miserable. They simply made an attempt to help or upsell you. It has nothing to do with being woke. You could have told them that you plan to produce midget porn, custom microwaves, marijuana smoking Dell's, or just about anything else. The question wasn't about you being the "right kind of customer" but simply doing their job by attempting to make sure you were getting what you needed or at worst, to attempt to upsell you.

Sounds like your purchasing pattern is triggering an automated fraud prevention and they just want to know what account manager to connect you with (they have different teams focused on individuals vs business and companies of different sizes).

If you are annoyed by their marketing tactics or sales team structure, use another company, but this is a business operations thing and not a woke issue.

Never bought a real gaming laptop. Is this a decent deal? Because one thing I'm loving here is keyboard layout, with the dedicated page up/down and home/end buttons.
