"This item is Certified Refurbished. It has been professionally restored by an Acer approved vendor. Units are usually cosmetically indistinguishable from New products, but some may show signs of light use. Functionally, these units are equivalent to New. Certified Refurbished units will be shipped in a New Brown Box."

Better yet, post a link to a better desktop platform with GPU power for under $400.
There isn't a lot of upgradability here though due to a proprietary power supply and motherboard. That doesn't mean you can't upgrade, it's just limited and/or more difficult if you want to get a better gpu or power supply.
The case also looks to have limited airflow, so even if you did upgrade to a better gpu and upgraded the power supply, the thermals may become a problem.
GPU is very basic from 2019, not even 8000 g3d marks.

I do not have a good experience with Acer Nitro, I have bought a brand new Nitro PC a few years ago and had to call support after first power on. Inside relatively little space hard to upgrade anything. Cheap, lower quality stuff.
If I had to choose a $400 "gaming" PC I would prefer brand new HP Victus 15L.

With $150 X Box Ses right now, this is sort of a hard deal.
Or drop a $100 A380 into an off lease Optiplex.
