I bought the Domino's deal but never received the email with the cards. They often end up in my spam and I have to fish them out to my main inbox. Screenshot all your cards and pins. Costco is still trying to figure out days later, where the cards are. They didn't offer to fix it right away nor were they able to reissue the email with the gift cards.

I had the same experience… still trying to get it sorted and actually get my gift cards.
