Which partners can be transferred Chase UR without having the Saphire or co-branded CC. Not interested in signing up for CCs.

None... but why wouldn't you hold a chase travel card if you're interested in travelling? Getting 2-8 cents a point toward travel instead of just 1 cent a point in cash vastly outweighs the "cost" of having the travel card... (and if you can actually use/get value from the credits it comes with the CSR is profitable above it's annual fee before you even GET to the transfer benefits)
