I just ordered the Philips 800 series from Costco for $300 that is being delivered today.
Keep the Philips or return it and buy the De'Longhi from Amazon?
Caveat emptor: It is getting complicated returning fairly pricey items to Amazon. I decided I could not live with the Breville Barista Express and returned it to Amazon after using one day. It is taking them forever to reimburse me.

Go with the De'Longhi Magnifica Evo. I had the Philips 800 and returned it because of the wet pucks. De'Longhi had a dry puck and is much better IMO.

Do you mean its getting complicated returning things to Amazon? Costco is easy. Amazon its hit or miss whether they give you refund right away or wait to inspect the item. I think too many people are scamming amazon with returns.

Philips has better designs but delonghi pulls a better shot. I'd return the Philips.

Just wish Costco would price match for the De'Longhi but they don't price match.

I just grabbed one from Crate and Barrell. I hope their return policy is as liberal as Costco's

delonghi makes better drinks than the Philips.

From reviews it also makes hotter ones too

I would spend extra for the automatic milk, i mean why ALMOST go full auto if not going full auto with the milk. If you aren't getting built in milk, I would get a breville
