Any reasons to consider newer ARM models if that is a underlying need?
Is single core performance the factor to consider if F360 will be used heavily in a DIY setting? Especially for FEA or simulations where it seems multicore can't be leveraged, if I understand correctly?
Is there Significant benefits to be had with 128 VS 64GB memory when running a CAD application? Does that need to be Strongly considered, despite the "irrational" jump in cost?
How significant are more GPU cores with CAD based applications? Is 48 VS 64 on M1 going to be significant

I wouldn't spend $2K on an Apple product that could possibly be denied.
People here who have never bought a MBP from Woot but want to spread misinformation is incredible.
Do your research. If it doesn't pan out for you then return it.
They are authorized through Amazon. Old inventory that is in new condition flows through from Amazon to Woot.
Warranties start from the date of purchase. Your credit card covers the warranty, if the warranty is disputed, and usually extends it for another year (why people pay for Apple Care is beyond me). Furthermore, if Woot states that the computer comes with a one year warranty and also provides the link to Apple's warranty page, then there is no basis for worry. As others have said, if you're still not satisfied, return the purchase. *smdh*
Apple don't care where you buy it from for warranty as long as it's real and the "about" screen shows warranty coverage locked to the serial number. I added apple care to my studio without any ask for proof of purchase

It's clear these people aren't going to purchase this, they're just here to troll the deal due to free time.

Can it run Crysis?
