BYJU's Learning Workbooks, Full Set of 8 Workbooks By Grade Level, Featuring Disney & Pixar Characters: as low as $24.61
I bought one of these years ago for over $100, full price was originally $200. The technology works so-so (your learner needs to be precise when marking in the workbooks) but even absent the tech, the workbooks alone are colorful and have licensed Disney characters.
Now several editions are under $30. I thought it might be a price mistake (Amazon continues to advertise "deals" on these for over $100), but mine arrived next day and the prices have remained stable since my order. Each comes with a base and 8 workbooks, quite a large/heavy box of materials, plus a lot of grade-appropriate online educational video content. That makes the workbooks roughly $3 each not including the accessories. Pretty crazy cheap, very slick.
Note: some iPad/Kindles might need a newer model mirror, sold separately. Check the item details.
Personally, I was shopping for replacement pens (which I could not find!) and ended up buying two more years worth of books. These are the slickest combos:
