I did not have any problems with them. Customer Service replies the same day. What I do not like is relatively slow shipping and poor packaging (yellow bubble envelopes for any item even very expensive).

They are a real company but they used to have some bad customer service when it came to their refurb phones.

I haven't bought anything from them in years though so maybe they are better

Looks like the dot 2's have sold out. They still have refurbished ones for $25, but new for $5 is/was a no brainer.

I have ordered 3 times with no problems. Keep buying these liberty air pro 2 for family. They are the best cheap earbuds I have found. I like them much better than the liberty 3 pro. I hated the shape and the case on those. Also they died after 4 months and anker wouldn't replace since I bought them as used excellent condition from Amazon

Yes they are reliable site ! Have been using this headphone for 2 yrs now. Still works great.

I bought these (Liberty Air 2 Pro) during the last time had them at this price. I had no issues with a4c. However I wanted these headphones for my work computer (windows) and in that context they are only OK. At my office there is some sort of interference that causes them to lose connection randomly (this happens only rarely at home). Air Pod Pros don't ever lose connection when paired to the same computer at work. But since I was only planning to use these with my work computer, at work, I will need to find another solution.
