$149 at Lowe's the other day and paid $100 last year. Should go lower without time machine.
Higher? I've seen this tree in store. It's not the prettiest as a tree itself but the twinkly lights are nice. If you don't mind having an obviously fake tree when up close it's a good deal. Even with sales and promos like Black Friday the lowest price prior to this was $299.
1,434 tips and 435 lights for those interested.

Edit: description actually says 1,800 tips.

Please do tell us what do you love about it?
Or should I ask the question in binary?

Are these the warm white lights or the blue ones? I have an old blueish white one and it really is rough when it's in normal white color mdoeb
Just change the color temperature. Add a touch of yellow color to the "white" and it looks super close to incandescent. My tree is next to a string of old incandescents and it looksthe same doing so.

I swear to god some people are useless without an instruction manual.

What's the return policy on Christmas trees?
I have heard of people buying a new tree at Costco and returning it after New Years for full refund. Now that's scummy.

At this point, might as well wait until they are clearing inventory after the holidays. If you are worried about putting something up now, you are way late in my opinion

Lots of comparisons on here to NON TWINKLY trees. Twinkly isn't a style of light, It's a brand that has capabilities that allow dancing lights and if you have more that 435 lights, you can do pictures of stuff. Hard to compare other brands to this. We have two of them… but I really want one with more lights (thus more resolution for the cool pictures).

I have two 600 light twinkly trees from last year's HD clearance, added 600 more (1200 total on each) and while it is nice, it still can't make recognizable pictures or do much more than run the basic striped patterns, etc...kind of a dud. There's no way you can make any faces or even good logos, candy canes, etc. unless you added a TON more lights.

Was just about to post a comment similar to this - it still looks great, but don't expect to see some of the crazy high end patterns show up flawlessly on this. I bought this at the beginning of the season at full price and I'm not upset in the least. On top of it all, it actually feels like a high quality tree. I struggled to find good reviews on a tree brand that seemed to make good quality trees, but a month in (yes, that's nothing...) hoping I have many more years to come with this one.

100% agree. I did the same. It looks nice with 1200 lights and can do very basic patterns but no way it can do pictures, logos, etc.

I would quit Costco if they got rid of the extended return policy.

That being said, I would never think of buying a tree and returning it after Christmas.

I've seen someone do it though, a live tree in the 2nd week of January that was sad and brown.

Our live Costco tree is dead right now. We always get a live one and do the same every year - cut off 2" and immediately have it soak up water. This year, the tree did not do that - I t's dry as a fart and already dropping needles like crazy. I'm tempted to take it back to Costco, but there are no trees (artificial or otherwise) available in my area. So, it'll remain a fire hazard until 12/26
