As far as I know, the M325 is the better version that comes with a Unifying receiver, while the s version just comes with a generic USB receiver.

I have the old M325. Does anyone know what the difference is for the M325s?

Thanks for the info! I'm surprised they downgraded it.

The mouse itself was not downgraded, the M325C should also be the same as the M325 and the M325S, they all support the Unifying receiver but only the M325 comes with it. If it's not used in combination with a Logitech keyboard it doesn't really make a difference.

Have you tried pairing a M325S with a Unifying receiver? The last time I tried unifying a Logitech mouse or KB that didn't have the Unifying symbol, the Unifying software would block it and not pair. What's interesting is the software SEES the non-unifying device as you attempt to pair it, but says it's not Unifying and won't pair.

I used to love this but not anymore.
Decent price with really good battery life.
But once you start using mouse with side button (back and forward)
work and web browser experience changed dramatically and
I ended up donating these.
It's decent mouse, but if you pay $10 you really should try the mouse with side button.

The left mouse click button on Logitech mouse doesn't seem to last long before running into issues highlighting and clicking. I just ordered a different one because of this problem with mine.

Autosleep crap.
Do something else for too long and the mouse won't work immediately.
(Just as bad as keyboard backlights that automatically turn off...in the dark!?!)

325, 325c much better in this regard.
Personally, avoid auto off mice especially Bluetooth mice where the wake up lag is even longer.

Wow, didn't expect that. I was about to recommend this to somebody but not if it isn't unifying. I work in a school and teachers can absolutely not be trusted to keep the specific dongle. Unifying is life.

got a recommendation for a cheap BT mouse? I switch between a couple of laptops and switching dongle has been driving me bonkers for awhile now.
