The total is actually under $15 with 15% S&S discount. I wonder if the $15 threshold for the credit is before or after discounts

$5 credit not showing up for me.

Edit / update: Looks like the credit is applied 30 days after the item gets shipped. Couldn't see that message from the phone, but it shows up on the desktop checkout page.

I also picked it up without using subscribe & save, as that total was below $15 and I'd rather not risk missing out on the $5 benefit.

I'm wondering…"Shipping charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items."

I ordered three to get over the $15 threshold (they were $6.77 each for me w/15% subscribe and save).

3 x $6.77 = $20.31

$20.31 - $5 Amazon Promo Credit = $15.31

$15.31 / 3 = $5.10 per package!

For comparison, each of these packages are $7.97 for me at Target and Walmart - So I'll take an almost $3 discount off each package and delivery by Amazon!!

Thanks OP - Reps!!

Isn't it cheaper to get 3 x $6.77 (15% S&S price) = $20.31 - $5 = $15.31 / 4356 sheets = $0.00351 per sheet?

Compared to 2 x $7.97 (non-S&S price) = $15.94 - $5 = $10.94 / 2904 sheets = $0.00377 per sheet

You only need 2, even with s&s. These kind of Amazon promos always use the pre discount price to calculate the amount.

I believe $5 credit based on the pre-S&S total, so should be getting $5 credit even when you buy two.

Almost $1 a roll is preposterous. We've let them normalize overpriced toilet paper. A 4 roll of angel soft was $1. I get it, mark it up a little but $1 for ONE roll? Jesus.

And then someone will come 8m stating how angel soft is like sandpaper Yada Yada Yada. Tp is just waaaaaaaaaay overpriced, even these "mega"rolls

As a general rule, deals posted assume you aren't qualifying for the 15% and instead qualify for the 5%. Something you should also keep in mind when you are looking at listed S&S prices on this site.

30 days for the $5 promotional credit? Pass……not for an once-a-while Amazon customer like me
