Yes, resident evil 5 had a gold edition. Not a remake but capcom has a history of releasing a "complete " edition of their game

since its a fully single player game (i think, since the first one was) i can wait for $15 maybe $20

I'm currently doing a playthrough right now...been really good so far. For me, it's been like Village but even better because of the additions to the game such as defending with the knife.
