That's the wrong mindset. Without competition (like Best Buy), Amazon rarely puts anything on any kind of decent sale. People should purchase from these retailers as often as possible. Best Buy even has free shipping as well, so there's no real advantage to even using Amazon.
I don't know what went wrong but best buy was trying to charge me like $4 shipping when I was trying to order, and Amazon has free return in case I change my mind, lol
That doesn't make sense. Best Buy has free standard shipping on all their orders every day with no minimum even with the free tier of My Best Buy. Since Black Friday they've had free express shipping on all orders. Best Buy also has free returns (plus you can drop it off at a store if thats convenient for you). It's literally the same return process as Amazon for shipping returns...
I don't know why you so upset, but I already got it in my hand when I woke up, if you really want to compare, Best buy can't get it to me overnight.
I used my $5 best buy certificate on the $30 god or war deal that was last week so this worked out perfect.
Nobody is upset, just being logical. If you want sales like this to continue, people need to support the stores that initially put items on sale. Amazon rarely does that, they simply use predatory sales tactics and price matching to swoop in and steal sales when other companies put items on sale.

I bought 3 $1300 TV from Best buy last year, is that enough? I only buy everyday items or cheap stuff on Amazon that doesn't worth my time traveling or in case extra work for returns, I shop expensive stuff elsewhere unless Amazon has the cheapest price. don't jump on conclusions when you don't know how I shop. Amazon is not everything, but it's convenience for small price items that's not even a big deal. I also have a few bucks gift card I wanna take care of.
Really? I got it in less than 10 hours. Literally overnight
Mine said it would arrive 12/28.
Maybe because I ordered last night. They probably short stock and trying to do presales
Nobody is jumping to any conclusions or "getting upset". You're the one posting about things like "Amazon has free returns" or somehow Best Buy returns are "extra work" even though Best Buy has the same exact return policy and process. Print a return label, put it back in the box, and either drop it off or schedule a pickup.
I'm simply pointing out the long term advantages for everyone if people stop making so many purchases off Amazon. Take 2 minutes to check other retailers and use them when possible. It will help keep other retailers in business and keep sales competitive.

I check everywhere before buying something, if Best buy had more of what I wanted to buy, I'm more than happy to buy from them, but usually either they don't have what I need or they're just more expensive. As of returning, I'm not sure they offer free return shipping, as far as I know they don't, at least not with my account tier, and in case you don't know, most items on Amazon doesn't need packing or label when returning, and the moment you scan your return, refund almost issue immediately, instead of waiting for them to receive it to issue your refund like Best buy? I don't know if they changed anything since I haven't return anything in a while with shipping.
Here, Best buy, $4 shipping if you don't believe.
