Personally I think neither is the healthiest thing... but I personally think the Simple Mills are slightly better due to the high protein value and lower sugar content. (Simple mills still adds sugar but at least it is "Organic coconut sugar" vs regular sugar).
I will be interested in trying these out but will still eat Oreos because I'm a 35 year old kid.
