It was asked if it was a crappy transfer.
The major difference between 4k/Blu-ray and streaming is the amount of grain, if that's important.
Given the review was positive, I'd say it doesn't matter.
And physical will always trump digital.

It was asked if it was a crappy transfer.
The major difference between 4k/Blu-ray and streaming is the amount of grain, if that's important.
Given the review was positive, I'd say it doesn't matter.
And physical will always trump digital.

This deal is for streaming. And if you feel the only "major" difference between a physical 4k disc and streaming is "grain", then that sums it up. Different streaming services have varying levels of compression which can degrade the picture quality. Among other variables.

Many other 'reviews' site the good transfer. The one I linked was only an example of the increased quality overall, especially when compared to the *TIMELINE* of when the movie originally was released back in *1975*. Overall, the digital transfer is more in line with the Blue-ray release, which was upgraded!

Edit: boot leg in the sense it was copied from some source, not the 'I sat in a theatre and recorded'. I'm guessing the source was probably from Laser Disc.
