I got no auto response from the email. You can call 1 (800) 822-6235 option 4 to speak with someone. They applied a $10 credit to my account.

Speaking of Challenges, they need to meet the challenge of having a functioning app or hiring people who can do it.
Edit: Greeting message to the 800# says hours are 11AM-7PM M-F EST, during off hours option four just says generic stuff like update/restart app.

I tried it that way too. I had the same experience. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had to call them. The app is great for ordering but these promotions never work like they're supposed to. It's inexcusable. I really wonder how people keep their jobs sometimes.
