Uh, folks, this has been a core feature for just those fringe cards for a long time, and don't work on any other Capitol One cards, such as the good ones like Venture X. Literally why the Savor card is named savor.

$0 delivery fees on UberEats orders over the minimum, 5-10% off rides, food, grocery orders, and if a driver misses latest estimated arrival time you get $5 in uber cash each time.

Probably not worth paying for if you don't use uber quite often, but for free it's a good deal.

This is offered on all savoir cards by CO and possibly others. This is no deal....This shouldn't be on FP or Popular

Tips and other fees suck
Yep, I agree. Especially NYC. There's a New York courier fee charge to guarantee ~$30 per hour salary for these delivery folks.

I've been taking advantage of this deal since the end of 2022 on my Capital One Savor card. It's actually kind of incredible. I would normally never order off of Uber Eats, but signed up for this because why not, and one of the perks I've found was that they shower me with 50% off coupons all the time. So because of that, with those coupons, as long as my bill for food is between $25 and $30 before discounts, it actually costs me less to order from Uber Eats than it would to go to the restaurant to pick it up. Couple that with the 10% cash back I get from Uber Eats on my Savor card thanks to this promotion, and this is a real sweet deal for me. I'm going to really miss this promotion next November.

Uber eats is a joke. The fees that they add and all food items are priced a little higher than in store!!

How can you know this?
Just order a pickup and check the price. Even without delivery fee, it would cost you more than what it would in store for the same items!

And delivery - it's just a total rip off. No wonder they always offer 25 to 40 percent off delivery orders. Yet with all those promo codes, you will still end up paying more than the actual in store total!

And like mentioned, they alter delivery times as they like!! Disgusting way to do business IMO.

The main reason why I got a Capital One card was for their virtual cards you can make when buying something online from a store you don't really trust. works great.

You realize the point of getting this membership for free is you get $0 delivery fees and discounts on orders, right?

It gets the net added cost for delivery into the range it's quite reasonable if your time is otherwise worth anything to you.

If you go to the deals section under restaurants, atleast 50 percent of them offer 0 delivery fee for ALL uber eats users. Couple this with the 40 or 50 percent, you still end up paying more than msrp at store.

So my point is this, a free delivery and a 10 percent discount is not that big of a saving, provided one knows the actual cost of the food they are ordering.

I do understand the convenience of sitting at home and ordering!

I got $38 worth of food from Yard House. That's like $41 after tax if I go pick it up. The prices were the exact same in the Uber Eats app and after coupon it ended up being $27.50 total and I added a $5.50 tip to make it $33. I paid with Uber Cash that I got a $100 GC for $90. Didn't have to leave the house, jump in my car, burn gas and time and deal with South Florida traffic.

Sure sometimes the coupon isn't available, so then I do something else but it's been available more often than not and it's been worth it.

As far as delivery goes, make sure you add the tip upfront. I used to not tip upfront and tip after I get the food, but the drivers get shafted so much with non tippers your order may struggle to get picked up if they see no tip. I started tipping upfront and now I never have an issue with delivery. You have an hour after delivery to adjust the tip if you need to.

Just FYI (from their footnotes):

Participating restaurants and non-grocery stores:
$15 minimum order to receive $0 Delivery Fee and up to 10% off.

Participating grocery stores:
$35 minimum order to receive $0 Delivery Fee and 5% off.

Since they keep saying PARTICIPATING, I wonder whether they are talking about only a select group of restaurants and grocery stores.

Let's not clog SD with this.. Hopefully moderators will improve their moderating and suggest to SD to offer a section for these things. This shouldn't be on FP or Popular
OP is probably hoping to get more rep pts than previous thread by reposting coz of how much attn it got in the past for the same deal with the same promo dates
https://slickdeals.net/f/16188352-capital-one-cards-savor-savor-one-student-get-uber-one-monthly-membership-free-up-to-24-months-statement-credits

Don't bother asking to merge threads coz mods won't do it since more than like 3 days is considered "too old" and req a new thread even if old thread has important info such as some months the credit doesn't post in same cycle but like 2 cycles later and don't use Uber Cash for any portion of payment for One.

A lot of my threads get 0 or very little rep coz my stalking haters td everything i post and then someone else reposts mine and theirs goes immediately FP.
For ppl who say there's no pt in reposting, SD has reward catalog for redemption that OP probably wants every thing ordered from

What value do additional rep points have? They seem to have no value at all. Maybe I'm missing something.
