This has been the same deal that's been on and off since black Friday month. I bought this deal 10 days ago and returned it when a target did the same deal the next day and offered me 5% cashback.

Got this deal last week. Bought a $100 Netflix gift card to get the free $10 Best Buy gift card, which I used to purchase this along with using my Citi Card for 3% cash back. There are ways to make this decent deal even slicker but YMMV.

This has the A14 which is similar to the iPhone 12. As far as age goes and performance goes it's 3/4 as good as the A15 pretty much so it's got some longevity to it and it's gonna last for quite a few years considering Apples support of iOS updates.
