CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD & SPONSOR: The "AT&T NBA Dream Experiences" Contest (the "Contest") starts on/about 12:01 am Central Standard Time ("CST") on 12/13/23 with the acceptance of Entries (defined below) and entry in the Contest ends on/about 11:59 pm CST on 1/3/24 (the "Contest Entry Period") as detailed below. AN INTERNET CONNECTION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST.

The Contest is sponsored by AT&T Services, Inc., a Delaware Company (the "Sponsor") and by entering, Entrants (as defined below) agree to be bound by these "Official Rules", which are binding and final on all matters relating to the Contest and to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Contest consists of a skilled-based competition divided into two (2) distinct phases as detailed herein. In the initial entry phase of the Contest ("Essay Entry Phase"), Entrants meeting the age, residency and other requirements set forth below who are interested in participating in the Contest, must submit the Essays as defined and detailed below. Each such eligible individual named in the submission of their Essays in the Contest shall be herein referred to as a "Contest Entrant" or "Entrant" and the submitted required information and Essays, the "Contest Essay Entry". At the end of the Entry Phase, a panel of Judges (as defined below) will judge the Contest Essay Entries based on the Judging Criteria (as defined below). All Contest Essay Entries shall be judged by the panel of Judges made up of marketing industry professionals. There will be three (3) Finalists determined for each of the prizes listed below as follows: The three (3) Entries scoring the three (3) highest total scores in the opinion of the Judges for each of the prizes will be declared to be the "Contest Finalists" or "Finalists" of the Contest and will then be provided with the opportunity to submit a video submission ("Finalist Video Submission") in the "Finalist Video Phase". The Finalist Video Submissions will then proceed to be judged by a second panel of Judges.

The Contest Essay Entries may be referred to hereafter individually as an "Entry" and collectively as "Entries". The Finalist Video Submissions may be referred to hereafter individually as a "Submission" and collectively as "Submissions".

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Continental United States and the District of Columbia (collectively the "Eligibility Area"), who as of the date of their entry into the Contest are eighteen (18) years of age or older AND were an AT&T customer (wireless or fiber) in good standing as of 12/12/23 ("Customer"). Additionally, prize winners must also be a Customer as of prize awarding. Note: Individuals who became AT&T customers as of 12/13/23 or a later date are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Contest is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited. Employees and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of Sponsor, Wasserman Media Group, LLC ("Wasserman" or "Administrator"), NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the "NBA") and the NBA member teams (collectively, the "NBA Entities"), West Coast Marketing, a division of The Susquehanna Hat Company and each of their respective officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agents and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities") and those living in the household of same (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. A prize won by an individual at least eighteen (18) years of age but considered a minor ("Minor") in his/her legal jurisdiction of residency will be awarded in the name of said Minor's parent or legal guardian.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

During the Contest Entry Period, interested individuals should visit the website at att.com/dreamsnba (the "Contest Site") and follow all of the on-screen instructions to enter, providing their first and last name, AT&T telephone number, email address associated with your AT&T account, and with up to a maximum of three (3) selections, state which (up to three (3)) of the ten (10) listed prizes you would like to win if determined to be a winner in the Contest. You will only be eligible to win one (1) of the specific prizes you have selected.

Complete the process of entering by attaching the Essay as directed, attesting to being eligible and having read and agreeing to the Official Rules and clicking on "Submit" to submit your complete Contest Essay Entry into the Contest (subject to the terms of these Official Rules).

Proof of attempting to submit an Entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible or incomplete Entries will be disqualified. False, fraudulent or deceptive Entries or acts shall render its Entrant(s) ineligible. By participating in the Contest, Entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS MAY BE SUBMITTED IN THE CONTEST. Entries in excess of this limit will result in only the first Entry submitted being judged and all remaining Entries submitted being disqualified and as such not judged.

How to Submit a Finalist Video Submission: If you are notified that you have been judged to be a Finalist in the Contest, you will then have to submit a Finalist Video Submission answering the same question as submitted in the Essay Entry Phase: "Tell us why you're the ultimate basketball fan and how this dream experience will elevate your connection to the NBA?". The Finalist Video Submission must be no longer than 60 seconds, submitted in either .mp4 or .mov format, recorded in vertical landscape and NOT be recorded in HDR. The Finalist Video Submission will then be submitted by replying to the AT&T email address [email protected] within the deadline stated in the Finalist notification. In addition, at the time of and as part of Video Submission, Finalists will be required to provide their social handles for social media platforms. Note: Social platforms will be reviewed for any post(s) by a Finalist that may cause a reputational risk for Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to obscene, racist, offensive and/or hateful posts. For purposes of this section, "posts" may include reposts, likes, shares, and the like. Findings of such post(s) would result in the immediate disqualification of any Finalist.

I. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRIES AND/OR SUBMISSIONS AS APPLICABLE:

Contest Entrants agree to and understand that Entries and Submissions may be made available to the public, including without limitation, posting on the Internet or in a display. Whether or not Entries or Submissions are published on the Internet or otherwise made publicly available, Sponsor does not covenant or guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Entries.

Each Entry or Submission must be an original creation of the submitting Contest Entrant, which is under no restriction, contractual or otherwise, that will prevent Sponsor's use of the Entry or Submission and each Entry or Submission (must be free of any and all liens, encumbrances and claims of third parties. Contest Entrant acknowledges, agrees and warrants that nothing in the Entry or Submission infringes on any copyrights, confidential information, trade secrets or trademarks belonging to any person or entity other than the Contest Entrant absent a suitable license, clearance or permission agreement (proof of which is required upon submission), or violates any person's rights of privacy or publicity and that all necessary releases and permissions have been secured. Each Contest Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Contest Entities, and each of their owners, officers, directors, employees, and affiliated organizations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of whatsoever nature that are based upon or arise out of any breach by Contest Entrant of these Rules or the warranties and representations made by Contest Entrant in this paragraph. By submitting an Entry or Submission, the Contest Entrant agrees, for zero compensation and solely for promotional consideration, to grant to Sponsor all intellectual property rights in the Entry or Submission and each of its constituent parts, which rights include, without limitation, the Sponsor's right to publish, make available to the public and/or reproduce the Entry through any media available at any time during, or after, the Contest Entry Period on any related websites, in any promotional materials, whether related or unrelated to the Contest, and at any other location, whether physical or online, that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate and necessary for the operation and promotion of this Contest. In addition, Contest Entrant warrants that any so called "moral rights" in the Entry or Submission have been waived and Contest Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may use any ideas from any Entry or Submission or other submitted materials, whether or not Contest Entrant has been awarded a prize in connection with any such Entry or other materials. Contains, depicts or describes any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or displays any commercial/corporate advertising other than that of Sponsor (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements),

Contains, depicts or describes indecent or unsafe behavior or situations, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, or is otherwise inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous,

References or depicts persons or organizations without their written permission,

Disparages any persons or organizations,

Includes threats to any person, place, business or group,
Is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
Failure of any Entry or Submission to comply with the above "Additional Requirements" and "Content Restrictions" as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may result in disqualification of Contest Entrant. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry or Submission that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity, does not comply with these Official Rules or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. All Entries shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries and Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to remove content that does not meet the above criteria.

ONLY AN ELIGIBLE CONTEST ENTRANT MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST AND/OR WIN A PRIZE. For purposes of this Contest, an Entry or Submission is "received" online when the Sponsor's server records the Entry or Submission information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming Entry or Submission or "thanks for participating" message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an Entry or Submission for purposes of this Contest. Illegible, incomplete and Entries and/or Submissions in excess of the stated limit and Entries and/or Submissions submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Those who do not follow all of the

instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified.

The Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply.

PRIVACY INFORMATION: Participating in the Contest constitutes consent to transfer personal information collected from the Entrant to the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and for such other purposes to which an Entrant may consent as outlined in these Official Rules. More specifically, Sponsor and/or its third-party administration companies may collect information that an Entrant provides to participate in the Contest and will use personal information an Entrant provides to enter the Contest to actually conduct the Contest. CONTEST JUDGING, RESOLUTION OF TIES, FINALIST AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each of the submitted eligible Contest Essay Entries will be judged according to the Judging Criteria (defined below) by one (1) or more panels of selected judges (the "Judges") as detailed above. The initial Essay Entry Phase judging shall be completed on/about 1/14/24. The Finalist Video Submission shall be judged according to the same Judging Criteria (defined below). The Finalist Video Phase judging shall be completed about 1/28/24. The one (1) Finalist Video Submission scoring the highest total score in the opinion of the second panel of Judges for each prize detailed herein will be declared the potential Prize winner of the Contest for that specific prize. Contest Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of Contest Entities, and each of their owners, employees, directors, officers, shareholders, members, agents, subcontractors and licensees from all claims, demands and causes of action of any nature whatsoever which Contest Entrant or Contest Entrant's heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on Contest Entrant's behalf or on behalf of Contest Entrant's estate, have or may have by reason of: (i) Sponsor's exercise of any rights granted by Contest Entrant in this paragraph; (ii) claims based on violation of any right of publicity or rights of personality, infringement of copyright or trademark, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy, loss of earnings or potential earnings in connection with Sponsor's use of the Entry or Submission and any portion thereof, or the likeness of any natural person therein.

Contest Entrants are responsible for securing necessary permissions, releases, and licenses for any material contained in the Entries. Or Submissions.

Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the creation and uploading of the Entry or Submission by Contest Entrant.
II. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: Entries and Submissions (as applicable) must not contain material that:

Contains, depicts or describes someone smoking or intoxicated,

Violates or infringes another's rights, including without limitation, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement,

Contains or depicts material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age,
Contains, depicts or describes any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or displays any commercial/corporate advertising other than that of Sponsor (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements),

Contains, depicts or describes indecent or unsafe behavior or situations, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, or is otherwise inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous,

References or depicts persons or organizations without their written permission,

Disparages any persons or organizations,

Includes threats to any person, place, business or group,
Is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
Failure of any Entry or Submission to comply with the above "Additional Requirements" and "Content Restrictions" as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may result in disqualification of Contest Entrant. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry or Submission that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity, does not comply with these Official Rules or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. All Entries shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries and Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to remove content that does not meet the above criteria.

ONLY AN ELIGIBLE CONTEST ENTRANT MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST AND/OR WIN A PRIZE. SPONSOR EXPRESSLY RESERVES FOR ITSELF, THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE ISSUE OF ELIGIBILITY AND/OR THE RIGHT OF ANY CONTEST ENTRANT TO REDEEM OR OTHERWISE BENEFIT FROM A PRIZE AT ANY TIME (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AFTER A CONTEST ENTRANT WAS EARLIER DEEMED ELIGIBLE). For purposes of this Contest, an Entry or Submission is "received" online when the Sponsor's server records the Entry or Submission information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming Entry or Submission or "thanks for participating" message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an Entry or Submission for purposes of this Contest. Illegible, incomplete and Entries and/or Submissions in excess of the stated limit and Entries and/or Submissions submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Those who do not follow all of the

instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified.

The Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply.

PRIVACY INFORMATION: Participating in the Contest constitutes consent to transfer personal information collected from the Entrant to the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and for such other purposes to which an Entrant may consent as outlined in these Official Rules. More specifically, Sponsor and/or its third-party administration companies may collect information that an Entrant provides to participate in the Contest and will use personal information an Entrant provides to enter the Contest to actually conduct the Contest. All information collected by Sponsor in connection with participation in the Contest will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy statement as posted on Sponsor's Privacy Policy: https://about.att.com/csr/home/privacy.html.

Sponsor may provide the personal information an Entrant or other person provides to enter this Contest to third party administration companies for the sole purpose to facilitate this Contest. You understand that any personally identifiable information you provide shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules.

CONTEST JUDGING, RESOLUTION OF TIES, FINALIST AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each of the submitted eligible Contest Essay Entries will be judged according to the Judging Criteria (defined below) by one (1) or more panels of selected judges (the "Judges") as detailed above. The initial Essay Entry Phase judging shall be completed on/about 1/14/24. The Finalist Video Submission shall be judged according to the same Judging Criteria (defined below). The Finalist Video Phase judging shall be completed about 1/28/24. The one (1) Finalist Video Submission scoring the highest total score in the opinion of the second panel of Judges for each prize detailed herein will be declared the potential Prize winner of the Contest for that specific prize. Each prize may be referred to hereafter, individually as a "Prize" and collectively as "Prizes". For the resolution of ties, see the Resolution of Ties section below. If a potential Finalist or Prize winner is deemed ineligible or subject to disqualification for any other reason in accordance with these Rules, such Contest Entrant will be disqualified and the eligible Entry, if any, that garnered the next highest score (in the opinion of the Judges) will be declared the new potential Finalist or Prize winner (as applicable). The new Contest Entrant selectee, if any, will need to meet all eligibility requirements and otherwise be in compliance with these Rules in order for such Contest Entrant to be declared a Finalist or a potential Prize winner (as applicable).
