I thought this was a really good deal until I saw they were 6oz cans. I normally get the 24 pack of 8oz cans from Sam's Club for $14.98 and this deal is better than that price at Sam's Club. However, Sam's Club puts this on sale for $12.98 for the 24 pack of 8oz cans and that beats this price. Overall, not a bad deal for this but not the best price that's frequently available. Thumbs up anyway.

These are a good deal. But if you like pineapples and it's juice I find buying canned pineapples in their own juice such a better value. It's like close to as much if not more pineapple juice as one of these cans with plenty of pineapple.

Nowhere near as bad as candy, and the unmodified fruit sugar is actually great as a post workout. Chocolate milk was my go to since it helped raise insulin, was protein packed, had natural amino acid, and was very yummy.
Not coming down on your post, but I don't want people to think this might be true.
