No. Interestingly enough, the canvas is equipped with app-only detection technology. It will only let you paint onto it with the app. If you try to paint the canvas without the app, the canvas activates the Paint Denial System (PDS) and the paint just slides right off and back into the tube. Wild times we live in

The way this system works, you use the app to upload/select a drawing you want to do, point your phone camera at the paper, and it shows you what/where to trace/draw/paint -- so you have to draw while looking at your phone, not at the paper.

Couldn't you just forget the app and all that high tech stuff and just paint freehand on the little canvases

How much does the Cupixel app cost after the trial? Edit: Looks like $12.99/mo

New question: Does your Cupixel free trial renew with the purchase of additional Cupixel sets, or do you have to create new accounts to redeem the other trials?

Website showed stock unknown in-store, but I was able to find a couple acrylic sets and a lot of greeting card ones. Can't apply the discount code for in-store purchase
