I had this exact saw and sold it after a year of use for $40. I'm an electrician so not really doing huge demo jobs or anything very rough, yet the chuck section or whatever the shaft part is called had gotten so much play in it was ridiculous. Also was able to use this one back to back with brushless version and there's no comparison. It's like holding one of those kids toy drills vrs a real one. Get the brushless one on eBay used or somthing for close to this price and you'll be much more satisfied imo.
