I see the Fruit Punch on sale occasionally, but the Orange Citrus hasn't been on sale for a while (until now).

Same price that I paid in Mar 2020... a buck or so more than I paid in 2019... but after inflation, I guess this is actually cheaper than what I paid in 2019, picked up a couple.

These are $1.55 each at my local Dollar General so around $20 for 12 cans after tax. No brainier here! Thanx op.

What's the point of this? There's like 90 mg of caffeine in a whole (16oz) can right? Isn't there like 50-55 mg in a regular diet mountain dew can (12 oz)? It's really not much of an energy drink.

Which is why I like it as my 2nd energy drink of the day. I don't do coffee, and I drink a strong energy drink in the morning. This is enough to carry me through the 2nd half of my day without drinking a crazy daily total of caffeine.

Did you know a typical red bull 8.4oz contains 80mg of caffeine?

And these cans are twice the size with almost the same amount of caffeine you're reinforcing their position.

Redbull was successfully sued for this exact reason. Less caffeine than a cup of coffee yet marketed as an energy drink. Consumers felt they were deceived.

They were sued for the slogan "Redbull gives you wings" because it doesn't give you wings. That's why in current ads they say "wiiiiings" instead.
