Surprised by the lack of great deals on a wider catalogue of 4k movies. It seems like the same titles get discounted over and over again. No wonder sales have been floundering.

I'm surprised at all the negativity. I thought it was a perfectly fine popcorn movie, mildly entertaining, very forgettable, but nothing terribly wrong with it either. I wasn't bored at all.

The first one was a lot better, it was 86% on RT audience score and this one was a 64%, both numbers seem about right to me.

Saw it once on D+ thankfully without my kids and was appalled at the anti-male messaging. The message it boils down to is men/boys are disposable and girls can use them as long as they feel like it and then discard them when no longer useful.
lol what? Ralph and Vanellope are friends who worked together towards a common goal (fixing both of their games) in the first movie. In this one he wants to fix her game again, she realizes she'd have a more fulfilling life living somewhere else, he gets upset that his friend is leaving and tries to make her stay instead of accepting her decision.

She doesn't use him, choosing to live somewhere else isn't "discarding him", and the movie certainly didn't try to send a message that he represents all men and she represents all women and that it's OK for anyone to use anyone else. It's just a movie about two friends with conflicting goals, that's all.
