As a beekeeper, organic honey is a scam anyway. There's no way to verify what your bees fed on. They can travel for miles. The US won't even certify honey as being organic so it can only be imported honey that claims to be organic and the standards in other countries aren't something I would put faith in.

Pretty good product. Really good on buttered toast. Have use it in recipes that call for honey and I think would be good with a kick. Definitely not very spicy but gives a nice tingle.
