Used to be such a solid brand. Prices now reflect the new, lower standard this brand now stands for.

I still like Spyder. Most of their clothing fits my frame well and I hardly ever see anyone wearing it outside of the jackets Costco has thrown out.

I always stick to the good sales.

If you want quality, you have to pay for quality. I bought over 10 Moncler coats from Saks 5th Ave at Shorthills mall before they closed down about 10 years ago that was on clearance at over 70% off and to this date after numerous uses it still looks and feels brand new. You buy crap you get crap.

I've honestly had most of the Spyder gear I have from years ago. It has all held up just great. I do take care of my things, though.

I do not ever really repair clothing though. I just toss it if something happens. It's not like it's vintage.
