I put a ID-COOLING SE-207-XT Slim on my I7-12700KF and am considering a twin tower 2 Fan model now. (the one I have is single fan). You should be looking at at least a DeepCool AK620 or Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 CPU Air Cooler, 7 Heat pipes CPU Cooler.
The ID-COOLING FROZN A620 Black Dual-Tower CPU Air Cooler is another option I'm considering

I put a ID-COOLING SE-207-XT Slim on my I7-12700KF and am considering a twin tower 2 Fan model now. (the one I have is single fan). You should be looking at at least a DeepCool AK620 or Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 CPU Air Cooler, 7 Heat pipes CPU Cooler.

I tested it with a Ryzen 7 5700X, reaching a maximum of 64°C (147°F) in Cinebench (multicore) with an ambient temperature of 30°C (86°F). With all its cores running at 4.5 GHz, the fans, operating on a balanced curve, reached a maximum of 1750 RPM with an acceptable noise level during the test.
