Unfortunately Thrustmaster is out of stock at the moment. I messaged their support and they recommended that the billing and shipping addresses should match, which is something I had done as two different addresses since I moved, so that's the next thing I'll try to is make them match - though of course that's pending the availability and all.

We would like to inform you that normally, when there's an error trying to order something from our US eShop, it is usually due to the following possible issues:
1. The email address is not correct – needs to be from the USA
2. The shipping address is not correct - needs to be in the USA
3. The payment method is not correct - needs to be from the USA and match the payment method's address
4. The product you are trying to order is out of stock.
5. Make sure you sign into your account or create an account before ordering.
6. Try cleaning your browser's cookies and cache before ordering again (or try ordering on a different browser / different device).
This is absolutely frustrating. I was really looking forward to owning one.

I looked around online and saw that B&H has the T300RS GT on sale for $349.99 - they are temporarily out of stock - However they still let me place the order as backorder, so when their stock is replenished they will ship, and the price was only $20 different from Thrustmaster's site.
The promo from TM's site is "while supplies last", which they're out of stock, so it seems harder to obtain it from them at the sale price (at least without waiting for it to go on sale again) and also due to their payment system issues.
So you might consider B&H - but I ordered it knowing that the backorder may take a while and there's no estimated time in which their stock replenishes, but it will lock in the sale price of $349.99 - so I hope it doesn't take too long necessarily, but I can live with that price compared to most places like Amazon having it for $389.99 or over $400 most other retailers and no coupon codes to bring it closer to TM's price.
I'm not sure if you could find a retailer to price match to TM's, but that might be another route to consider as well.
