you can find those volume keys around this price (about 20 dollar for MS office and 6 for windows) from gray market sellers, so the price is nothing amazing.
just don't expect this is a completely legit key. (it probably going to work, in fact, i bet this will definitely work, as i never expect MS to actually audit those keys), just don't fool yourself thinking you are buying a 439 dollar key for 25 dollars

Groupon collects the revenue and then ships you to a mycode third party to activate your Groupon. In my experience, the code they gave me was bogus (Microsoft would not accept the product key provided).
Understand this is only $20, but a wasted $20 because the product key is bogus.
Save your money. This is a non-deal.

I have installed and activated a number of these grey keys from several different sources, never Groupon.
It is not unusual to have to do a phone activation. Just more steps to jump through to get an activated copy. I have never had one NOT activate or be deactivated later. They have an app that you can use to input the number sequences, and it will output sequences that you enter.
The gotcha for grey keys = you can NEVER install this key ever again, whether on this computer or another. If you ever have to reinstall Windows on the exact same hardware, they key won't activate again. But for these prices, you just buy another key if that happens. NOT reasonable to expect the same functionality as if you paid $300+. If you buy a retail license, you can uninstall it on one computer and install it on another computer. You have to read the fine print on the license agreement at purchase.

seems like the one from groupon , or stack or royal

so everyone ordering from groupon
why spend 25+ for same "risky copy" when u can get for 2 (phone act) or 6 (retail) from royal keys

Can you activate it? Probably yes (unless key is blacklisted already).
For how long will it last? Until license is blacklisted, which can happen tomorrow or in a month or year or never.
Is it legit? Probably not.
