ELIGIBILITY: The Visa 2023-2024 NFL Season Sweepstakes for Cash App ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States ("U.S.") and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of December 4, 2023. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
Timing: Begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on December 4, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on February 12, 2024 ("Promotion Period").
How TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:
AUTOMATIC ENTRY: An eligible Visa cardholder will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each eligible Visa purchase made with his/her/their Cash App Visa card ("Cash App Visa Card") during the Promotion Period at a merchant location in the U.S. and processed through Visa's transaction-processing system. Only eligible Visa purchases or payments made (a) with a Cash App Visa Card that is not in default under the customer agreement for that account and issued by Sutton Bank in the U.S. and (b) processed through Visa's transaction-processing system during the Promotion Period, are eligible for automatic entry.
Mail in: Hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size (#10) envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: Visa 2023-2024 NFL Season Sweepstakes for Cash App, P.O. One (1) Grand Prize: 2024 NFL Draft trip package consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip departing on April 24, 2024, and returning on April 27, 2024, for two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) to attend the 2024 NFL Draft in downtown Detroit, MI. Prize includes two (2) tickets to 2024 NFL Draft on Thursday, April 25, 2024 and Friday, April 26, 2024 (seats to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) people from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner's home, transportation to/from airport and hotel, hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to one (1) Sponsor-specified 2024 NFL Draft experience, one (1) Sponsor-specified autographed NFL Jersey, one (1) Sponsor-specified autographed football, one (1) $750 Visa Prepaid Product (all terms & conditions apply to Visa Prepaid Product), and one (1) $250 NFLShop.com Gift Card. Prize includes two (2) tickets to a 2024/2025 NFL regular season game (winner's choice, NFL stadium must be in the U.S. and within a 200-mile radius of the winner's home, excludes International, Kickoff and Thanksgiving games; subject to availability, change, and cancellation; seats to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), car service for two (2) people to/from winner's home and NFL stadium, one (1) Sponsor-specified autographed NFL Jersey, one (1) Sponsor-specified autographed football, one (1) $250 Visa Prepaid Product (all terms & conditions apply to Visa Prepaid Product), and one (1) $250 NFLShop.com Gift Card. If the winner lives outside a 200-mile radius of an NFL stadium, the two (2) tickets to a 2023/2024 regular season NFL game and the car service for two (2) people to/from winner's home and NFL stadium will not be awarded and a $1,500 NFLShop.com Gift Card will be substituted and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided. In addition to the aforementioned prize, $1,400 cash awarded in the form of a check to winner that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize (collectively, the "First Prize"). In addition to the aforementioned prize, $650 cash awarded in the form of a check to winner that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize (collectively, the"Second Prize"). ARV of Second Prize: $2,235.
One (1) Third Prize: One (1) Visa NFL Gift Box including one (1) Sponsor-specified tablet device with NFL+ regular annual subscription awarded in the form of one (1) $100 Visa Prepaid product and one (1) Sponsor-specified autographed football. In addition to the aforementioned prize, $500 cash awarded in the form of a check to winner that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize (collectively, the "Third Prize"). ARV of Third Prize: $1,635.
