It is a one page plastic notebook. You write on it, scan/take picture/whatever, then wipe it with a cloth (i think wet cloth). There is no hi-tech component in this. Just an easily erasable page.

YMMV but some Staples have these on Clearance for the same price. I bought one the other day but didn't think it was worth posting.
